Random vBPhrase

Even though this is a relatively easy hack, I don't have the time to make it.

Personally, I think it is a great idea. It could be used for Banner Rotation, Quote of the Day, or a "Value" to be placed in your search.php for popular searches.

I know I'm a genius

Anybody have time to make this hack for me? I'll pay if I have to, otherwise if you're willing to do it for free go ahead. I just need it ASAP - couple days.
