Vides bing a lot of traffic to websites. How can I have my members upload videos like this and have them play on the page?

something like that can take up some serious bandwidth and HD space .. you can also try something like what I did and just add a profile field for an URL and place the call tag for that field as the IMG SRC url .. this method they would only have one video per field (wont be unlimited) and the video must already be hosted.
