what vBulletin-Version are you using ?

In 3.0.x just look in /includes/functions_showthread.php
In 3.5.x just look in the PlugIn "ibProArcade: Crowns in Postbit"

Look for

Code:

<img src=\"arcade/images/$this_game[gname]2.gif\" border=\"0\" alt=\"$imgtext\" />

and remove both instances of it so no images will show up in the Postbit anymore
