Need help with something urgent !!!

Hello everyone, i realy realy need some help with something.

I am currently working on a v-bulletin site for a client, i am fine with the styling of it, but he has asked for something that i dont know how to do.

What he has done is have a little tag on the left side of the forum, and as the user scrolls down the site .. the little tag scroles with you.

Here is a screenshot of exactly what i meen.



It will be on the left side of v-bulletin, there is no function to it (it will not be linked).

Can someone please help me, or point me in the direction of a tutorial ... i am a php programmer sooo if you can help it will be very much appreciated.

The script lets you use an image file, not just text or hyperlinks. So you should be able to adapt the code for what you're looking for. The flamingo image is set to move dynamically for a set time, then take roost back in position (so to speak). But you can customize the script to make that dynamic docking feature permanent.
