I upgraded from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 and every thing went fine but when I try to veiw the vBadvanced home page I get

Try and re-edit your global.php file with the info givin from the vbadvanced docs.
Im not where I can access my files but is line 29 where it includes global.php?

Yep, that error means you didn't re-do the edits to global.php.
