The signature and username can probably be hacked into modcp fairly easilly (take a look at the store hack modules). We did it with vb2 but we haven't had a need to do anything like that with vb3.x yet.

As for the last one, I am like 90% sure that super mods can ban members from the forums they moderate if you allow it in the settings.
