Can someone create a vbHelp Extention

I am planning to provide my users with a Step by Step explanation on how to Create New threads, how to post a reply, How to give away reputation, how to use the arcade etc

I am planning to create a Help section (a forum) and post all the details with pictures there.. It would be great if i can get a extension for this.. with a search option..

is it possible?

I thought vbcodes would work fine in FAQ, including [img] code.

To be frank i never checked out FAQ.. I thought it might be something like phpbb.. Underestimated vbulletin.. LOL.. someone people tell me how to display images in FAQ.. thats all i need
