[hide] hack

Adds [hide][/hide] code to your forum to hide the text until an user replied to the topic.

The XML is the new version, ZIP is the old version.

XML contains the product Hide Hack.

Install:
- Just use the products system in vbulletin.

Bugs:
Please report them in my PM or in topic if not so important.

Known bugs in B2:
- Only 1 hide tag per post.

you have to be a paying customer, i bought a style from them and got access. i got it on sale too, so i got a style and the hide hack for 15$

A few things i have noticed :
1) I can not add any text after the tags.
2) There should be no space between the tags and the text/link inside the tags.
3) If I add text inside the tags I have to make sure there is not a space at the end of the line.

Is this hack broken...no. Are there alot of glitches...yes

I've tested this hack with VB 3.5.1 and sometimes it works fine. But we've some problems with the old post (vB 3.0.7)

Sometimes when you open a thread where the hide-hack is, you can see the text without reply. But this is only at hide-tags, where we use the code-tag or the url-tag.

I hope you understand my problem and my bad english ;-)

if i understand corrected, you have to buy the template from the site that supply that feature which is a non-vb producted...or i may be wrong :ermm: :ermm: :ermm:

i'm curious when this problem happened are you viewing it through admin side? if so create a test user and log in through the test user to see if it works, you as a admin will see but not the others..try that out

I thought without edditing the plugin, nobody can see the hidden-text without replying.

And our users told me, that the hide did not work correctly. So, it is not a problem with my Admin-Account.
