Make Web Page Inside Of Forum Layout

How can I make a web page inside of the forum table, where the forums and content usally go. I want to fill this area with my disclaimer and privacy policy. How can this be done, thank you.

just the site for Rules hack. theres one already created i think actually two of them so ya dont even have to modify anything but the rules

I perfer to do it the way I have done it on my phpbb forum. Check it out www.golfboards.net, in the footer is a link to disclaimer and privacy policy if you click those they show up in the main forum layout. If that is how the mod is, then I will consider it, if not I want to know how to do it the way I did it before.

yeah you can set it up like that you will have to make a forum home template edit to link it to the page after you install the mod
