How do I put a graphical frame around the main categories
Hi all ,
first i have made the following modifications : 1- How To Put A Space Between Each Forum Category 2- How To Change the Width of the Forum List Columns & now I need to put a total graphical frame around the main categories in forumhome ( composed of two portions, the upper & the lower ) , I have succeeded in putting the upper portion of it & i have failed in the lower portion . so how do I put it .....? please needed necessary . |

Would be nice to have a starter guide for this me recon ... yeah I know to learn html etc ... but some people just don`t have the time and only want to make small adjustments to things .. Anyone up to the task?
Just for the record ... I am learning html, just stating not everyone has the time LOL |
