impex issue please help

im getting this error when i do the usergroup import can you help me

ImpEx Database errormysql error: Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM ranks ORDER BY rankid
mysql error: Table 'smora_vbulletinsql.ranks' doesn't exist
mysql error number: 1146

my DB has prefixes like (smora_user) etc. let me know what i need to do. im half way there.
