New error when uploading avatar and attachment

I am using VBB 3.5.1 (upgraded from 3.0.8) and have an error:

When users (all usergroups ,admin) uploading an Avatar From Your Computer ,Enter Avatar URL (for custom avatar) and attachment ,have an error :

"Imageinfo Failed:
PHP ERROR exec() has been disabled."

Please help me ! Thanks !
