Let me rephrase that, is it possible yes? but realisticly? No

The massive updating that would need to go on to do this would be insane esp as your numbers grow.

Lets assume you have 1000 users in your database, and you delete 4 of them in differnt areas

You'd have to renuber up to 900 some users, including all id's in posts, threads, pms, and possibly other places in the system. Not to mention you'd have to reset mysql's auto incriment and possible permission issues...

Its not worth the trouble, you've got A few billion possible id's
