hi, is there any hack like this? when a visit come to your forum, there is a small pop up welcome message like floating advertings , not like the window pop up, just more like java pop up clear background with the text on it , that is all, is there any hack like that? let me know if have, thanks all

I do believe their is the Welcome PM Hack which would probally be more appropiate for a forum than just having a pop up box.
