Wonder is there a trick to hide/ insert a url into another url, for example

There are two urls

http://anonym.to/?http://www.vbulletin.org

url 1
http://anonym.to/?

url 2
http://www.vbulletin.org

i want to hide/insert the 1st url into second one so that it appears on the board like this only

http://www.vbulletin.org ( url 2 only)

is there any hack for this type of hiding for vbulleting 3.09 or not yet developed
