CARE TO ELABORATE... IS IT REALLY A CASE OF JUST CREATING A STANDARD PROFILE FIELD, NAMING THE OPTIONS DIFFERENT COLORS / FONTS AND THATS THAT?

OR DO I NEED TO DO A STYLE / TEMPLATE EDIT?
