vb.org and .com are both not loading sometimes...if I wait like 2 minutes thne re-click the link it loads. Server problems or me?

vb.com and .org are on the same server, so my guess is that it stalled for a bit :ermm:

We're aware of the issue(s) and are looking into it. No further details are available right now. If any require to be told to the public we'll post an announcement on vBulletin.com about it.
