Hi all, just wondering, after the abuse on my vb ive enabled mod inspection before approval, now how can i check the Ip to see its not a proxie of some sort? Also would there be anyway to ban a user permenantly even thoguht u got his original IP?
any sort of info would be great! Cheers! |

cp proxies can go around any ip ban you can do a tracerout to the ip to find out where its located but proxies are all over and its impossable to tell some things from the ip anymore

jeeeee...., ok imagine your board was being bombared by this weird guy who is jelous and his motive is to attack your board. What will you do?? ive reported him to his isp..., but now how do i tell if some is registered with proxie before i verify them? Also ive got the proxie hack already by Paul M, ive tested it it shows a red comp when someone posts..., but my sistuation is to whether to allow someone via the mod verification, but need to know if the ip is proxie or not before i give permission to the board.
