Problems upgrading from vb 2.3.2 to vb 3.0.8

I started completely over, installed vb, then impex again. I did everything that the import system post said to do (End Game).

I still have no users and I'm getting this error..

Database error in vBulletin:ImpEx Target 3.0.8:

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO vbfields VALUES (594,'usertitle','VARCHAR(250)','N/A','userban','usertitle VARCHAR(250) NOT NULL DEFAULT \'\'','N','NULL','return true;')
mysql error: Table 'mydb.vbfields' doesn't exist

mysql error number: 1146

I go into phpmyadmin tho and I see vbfields in there... :/

Actually, if I look in the AdminCP, I see all the users. But when I go to Member List on the board, no one else shows up but me still...
