Gallery Like A Forum?!?!

I've been looking for this for ages and i can't seem to get any gallery to work like this for me.

It's like this:

I want a gallery to act just like a normal forum, people make threads and post/reply in it. But instead of Posting/Replying some text i'd like them to be able to post an album (a small gallery of photo's).

So for example, User1 is posting a Thread in the forum called "1980", he's calling this Thread "Summerparty", and instead of posting some text he's been prompted the option to upload photo's. When a other user watches this thread, he can see the photo's in thumbnail instead of some text. (maybe the first 5 photos in thumbnail and a URL underneath that brings them to the full album) Now he has been at the same party but toke his own pictures of it, now he can reply using the same system (prompted for album choice).

Is this out there somewhere?
