Blank Pages, Please Help

I have tried installing Ushop and Cash Twice now.

I am using vBulletin 3.0.7.

I Edit all files correctly, Double checking each file. When successfuly done that, I have to edit the template files via the vBulletin admin system.

All is well until i go to edit the navbar part, It dont have anything like what it tells me to do in the readme, I tried missing this part also as its only the navbar, Yet when i load the forum up i get a blank white page, I go to admin Panel, it asks me to login, I enter username and password and then that goes to a white page. I copied the files from the upload folder to my forum root, Im really confused.

The template i am using is Cobalt from extremepixels.com and im Wondering is it this template, or am i missing something?

btw, Im a complete newbie to vBulletin, All my experience is with phpBB

Any help would be appreicated, And if possible very soon, I have spent a lot of time on this.
