He can do anything with it, he can port it, whatever. If he were to redistribute it on vBulletin.org without the author's permission, that would be a problem. He can port/modify anything for his own personal use. :ermm:

EDIT: I quickly whipped up a way to do so with ifs and the custom user profile fields.
