Banner advertising with paypal integration

Is here something out there like that? I currently use phpadsnew, and would just like a payment integration for that but would take anything that does it all.

there is nothing like that so far, but I am working on it (approx 50% done but no time to work on it). Right now I've got it setup so that the user subscribes via their UserCP, after paying, they get redirected to a PHP page that asks them to upload their banner, and the script automatically makes their client account in phpmyadmin successfully and adds their banner. But I have been trying to auto disable their account unless the renew their subscription.....it's being a pain in the ass.
