I want to place the popup as a link on the forumhome to other related sites. I want to keep my audience on my forum home page, and make them popup a window to the other pages.

For example: if I create a link on mysite.com to bobdobbs.com via the forum manager instead of creating a forum, when someone clicks on the bobdobbs.com link I want them to have that window popup, and keep the main window on mysite.com
