I would create a new style no problems if I could get into the admincp, but the admincp login page is the only page I can get up, everything else is just a blank page and that's it.

I reverted the .php files that the last hack related to, but blank pages still show.

I figured that something went wrong with my hack editing, which in turn then possibly corrupted the db, but I can't get in to revert the templates so not sure what's happened..
