Users total posts (even in no postcount areas)

If it's really only for your knowledge, you can do it through MySQL...

SELECT username, COUNT(  *  )  AS realpostcount
FROM post
GROUP  BY username
ORDER  BY username DESC;

I'm trying to figure out a way to add this info onto the user, so I can build a dynamic "bar" that indicates how many "useful" posts a user has versus posts in our spammy area.
