Just click a usergroup sample (Unregistered / Not Logged)

Under the section you dont want them to view the threads except thread title, click edit for that usergroup and choose..

Can view forum - Yes
Can view thread content - No
Can view others threads - Yes

So this makes it so that they can read the thread title, but not the content, correct?
