Trash IE. Get Firefox. .

Also do the following:

and download these programs.

Firefox This handy tool is a browser much like Internet Explorer except more secure. It has way more features and is fully customizable. Tabbed browsing is the future.
Ad-Aware This program removes bad and contaminated files safely off your machine.
Spybot S&D This does the same thing as Ad-ware. It walks you through each step. It's a good idea to use both.
Avast Anti-virus It is kind of like Norton but free and just as good.

Update every program you installed ot the latest version.

After this you need to put your computer in Safe Mode (No idea? Click here) because some of the programs might be in use and might not be able to be removed normally.

Now run each of these programs once while in Safe Mode. Remove all of the bad programs, restart, and you're done.
