Like Merk already say, you can not use this with MyISAM tables. For InnoDB it is basically:

Start transaction:
[sql]BEGIN TRANSACTION;[/sql]

Then end the transaction with one of the following:
[sql]COMMIT;[/sql]
or:
[sql]ROLLBACK;[/sql]
