In short, it is a shame that this company has a nice piece of software, but it is appears to be impossible to get a simple pre-sales question answered in a month. Maybe I need to take another look at the free forum software available. At least there would be no expectation of any type of support with free software.

Here on vBulletin.org we deal mainly with custom modifications of vBulletin, and while we are an official Jelsoft site, we don't do any customer support. The place to post this would be in the pre-sales forum at vbulletin.com.
