No smilies and format tools

Hello,

I don´t know what´s wrong, but for some reason I can´t see the format toolbar and the smilies. I checked on Vbulletin Options and the options to use standar and WYSIGYG are enable.

What´s wrong ?? Please help... I JUST open my site and I thought that was working a few minutes ago, but it´s not...

I also found, if I try to add new smilies and I type the path, the correct one, It says no new smilies found, uploading some new ones previously...
