I have attempted to upgrade and prove I am licensed user of VBulletin. I have been directed over 30 times to the page (on VB.com) that allows me to add 3 other email addresses... The Email I signed up with on here is the owner account Email. I then logged out, logged back in, still nothing. I logged out and created THIS second account with one of the other email addresses listed in there, and still NOTHING! Ugh! I waited an hour after making sure my email was listed in there the first time before doing it again and again.

Is there anything else I can do on my end to speed up this process? I have had access in the past and have downloaded templates. It seems to be something on the DB end to me.

Anyway... Frustrated here...

I am sure the right place to ask would be vb.com itself.

Maybe contact the support staff?

You are now showing up as licensed, it does take time for the system to update you as licensed. Just please be patient.
