We all really need a mod / hack that will allow the posting of a poll and disallow the ability of written replies on a case-by-case basis!!!

Have looked and looked. Haven't found it anywhere. I'm really not willing to pay. But I do proclaim that whoever creates this one, is creating one of the truly famous mods / hacks to date.

There was a cannot vote in poll till explaination posted hack for vB2 over at .org. Perhaps ya can get some ideas from it.
