For example,
in this board, bellow my previous post, the "Profile, Send PM, Http://, search buddy" thingie.. can i use flash for it? If so, what are the implications involved.? From what i know, if i didn't add my ICQ number in my profile, it should not be shown. Any tutorials on how to intigrate a flash menu (or similar) into vbulletin? |

I would think that you could. The only thing that I can think that could hinder you is that each element would have to be a separate flash element. This might increase the load time on your pages. Most flash navigation is done all in one file, but to keep the functionality, you'd have to do each element individually. But I would think that it could be done.

Well, you're replacing images for the most part, so if you take a look at the /images directory, you can see what you need to replace.
From there, you'll mostly likely be working with the posbit template. This is striaight up HTML, so you'll just be replacing most of the <img> tags. Hope that helps, and let us know how it turns out! |

why not just use
<embed src="{param}" width="300" height="75" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"></embed> |

php, the question was asked 2 years ago, it's not necessary to bump up such an old thread.
