PM stats in Postbit

This is a quick port of my hack for 3.0.0 beta 7 bringing it up to date. The original version can be found here. There actually isn't much change to it but I have improved it a bit.

In your POSTBIT or POSTBIT_LEGACY template find

Repeat the if line as often as required as you will need one line per usergroup.

Replace x with the usergroup id number eg 2 for members 6 for admins etc
Replace y with the PM box size you have allocated to the usergroup with the usergroup manager

This takes account of the action of having PM's turned on or off and will not show if a user has PM's off.

It also supplies a link to the members PM inbox regardless of which users PM Box Status link they click on.
