Does anyone know what programs I can use to make VB3 skins? I use photoshop a lot, so if I design a image, is there a program that can help me code vb? Like Dreamweaver?

No, no such program exists. You need to use imaging program for images, and your head for coding.

Dreamweaver can be of little aid, you need to use vBulletin variables in your coding.

I use editplus for all my coding needs at the moment, it works for nearly everything

Also I advise not using dreamweaver, its been none to insert a bunch of useless crap into your code while saving it.

I code with textpad most of the time, and use Photoshop to create images.

Thanks, kinda like textpad though. Any setup tips or plugins/addons?
