Ive ran in to a bit of problem and dont know how to proceed.

Im creating a custom forum design for a site and i saw they use one of my free styles and have removed my copyright from it.

Im thinking about just stop doing the work for the guy but im not sure.

Has this happend to any of you ? If so what did you do about it.

Ofcourse im gonna tell him to put the copyright back but since its been done on that skin what keeps him or them from doing it again ?

I'd confront him about it and tell him to put the copyright back and that if he wants you to continue to finish the custom design he needs to agree to a legally binding contract saying he will be held liable if the copyright is found removed from either the free skin or the custom one again.
