With Cascading Style Sheets everywhere in vb3, I'm going to discuss a cool little mod which will help bring a graphic heavy style to the full extent of "sweet" (haha).

description
Basically, this mod creates a left and top lighter or darker border in your alternating table colors (alt1 and alt2 css definitions).

put in attachments at bottom.

modification instructions

Open up Styles & Templates > Style Manager > (choose style) > All Style Options

Now, scroll down to the First Alternating Color (alt1)

In the Extra CSS Attributes, put the following code in.

Code:
border-top: #FFFFFF 1px solid;
  border-left: #FFFFFF 1px solid;
Now go down one to Second Alertnating Color (alt2)
In the Extra CSS Attributes, put the following code in.

Code:
border-top: #FFFFFF 1px solid;
   border-left: #FFFFFF 1px solid;
you're now finished!



modification notes
depening on what background(s) you're using for the alternating colors, you may want to use a lighter version of the hex, or a darker version; Just expirement!

You may want to make sure you have an inner border set! Make sure it's a darker hex color then the hex you use for this mod!

I don't require any tags that state my work on this, but it'd be great to have feedback!

I'll offer and tips/support on this modification in this thread or pm.

excellent m8 clicks install note this will also work in the footer extra css too,a very useful m8 again thank you
