This portal was custom coded by Brad.loo and I'm not sure if he will be releasing it.

I don't think he will release it, but check out the other portals around like vBIndex.

It is only for vBt sorry, it is ment to be lightweight with almost no overhead. Thus alot of stuff is hard-coded. If you are looking for a solution for your forum try over at vBulletin.org
