/EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out, i had to change the "class=" to a "bgcolor="000000", looks fine now.

I don't think it is.. Cuz he has "Tungsten's Welcome Panel" there (not yet for gamma)..

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
