2.3.4 was released to fix a new security bug found in the 2.x serires, this affects any installation of vBulletin 2.3.3 or lower.

Also note that a patch is avaiable here for thoese that do not wish to upgrade the whole board:

if you can no longer download new versions (because you need to re-new) you can download that and patch the board also.
