Already working at it, going to modify the navbar to show the avatar and other misc. things, dont have a ETA however.

Brad.loo and I got together and assembled this one for VB3. To my knowledge it is the first and only Welcome Panel yet that properly handles the various "states" that a user's avatar may be set for. Custom, Pre-defined, None.
