Description Will add the amount of pm's a user can have in their pm box to their forumhome.

I have looked all over the place for this and couldn't find this simple little addition anywhere, except mixed into large hacks. So I figured why not get this up as it is simple and easy to do

I would like to also add the pmquota per usergroup so it will show it properly for admins, however I couldn't figure it out, any tweaks are more than welcomed
