If you are licensed, you will be able to download the hacks at vBulletin.org, if you are not a fully licensed and paying member, then you will not be able to download any of the hacks nor should you have any need for them in the first place.

Hacks are not allowed to be uploaded here either so please purchase a license or if you do have a license, contact vBulletin for more information.
