Nope, just post them in the normal sections as you would if this was not created, only nominations and the URL's to the template modifications will be in the threads, the template mods should be in the right forum.

Ahh okay, so it's okay to support etc. while these hacks are being nominated as well? Lets just hope what I have in store is popular enough for this.
