It's okay. But your main forum page doesn't look very good. Especially the shoutbox. And you might want to use gradients on the WOL and PM's category backgrounds.

Gradients are the background on the category images.
Whats wrong with the shoutbox is it doesn't match any other table and looks out of place.

I don't see where the shout box don't match ? it looks the same as the rest above and below.. graphics , colors, bullets, 4 columns. Alwell thanks for the feedback

The size is not the same, therefore making it look our of place.

Yes, the top banner does take a long time to load. The top image looks a little hard to read. But other than that good job.
