I need to change it but can't find it.... I basically added 4 forums with sub forums but locked the forums so people can't post under the forums, just the sub forums, so I want to change the msg to Please post under sub forums or something like that!

Go into your CP - Forum Settings - Modify.

Find the forum that won't allow new posts on the list.

Click edit.

Find the "Allow new posts" option.

Turn it on.

I found the error template Tony, thanks! I closed them on purpose! So I just needed to edit the error template to suit my needs.
