Ok explanation

Step 1: Edit Template you are adding this to
Step 2: Expand List/Show All
Step 3: Edit Postbit
Step 4: Get this $post[username] > Edit that out and put this <a href="member.php?s=$session[sessionhash]&action=getinfo&userid=$post[userid]" target="_blank">$post[username]</a>

Your done!!
