Howdy

Could someone please point me to the file I need to edit to change the COPPA age?

I would like to change it so that people who are under 16 are required to provide their parents e-mail address.

Remember that COPPA has to adhere to COPPA Regulations which currently are 13.

It would not be breaking COPPA rules to change the age to under 16 instead of under 13
