Very informative (we're now earning $20US a day from Google, just on 15-20k of archive page views ... now thats a CTR!)

I'm afraid all I did, was edit the header template for the normal pages, and then wrap some conditions around it (so that only non-subs can see them .. and gives them another reason to pay ?3.50 to become a subscriber :P).
